Basic Training
 

There are 5 different programs to choose from:

Fun & Teamwork
An informal, half day program designed to ensure that everyone has FUN and works together on each mission. This program does not incorporate our team building coaches.

Team Building 101
This program is facilitated by professional team building coaches and can be either a half or full day. This program will battle test your group and develop teamwork in a fun environment. After each mission, our professional coaches incorporate team debriefings and self analysis to focus on enhancing strategy development, team work skills and group dynamics.




Team Building 102
Welcome back! You've returned to assess how much your team has improved their team work skills since your last visit. This program is offered for groups that are interested in focusing on key teaming skills based upon their previous performance. Our professional coach will design a mission program that will really test your weak points and determine strategies to optimize those deficient skills. Don't worry though, this program is still loads of fun and will ensure the each participant has a great learning experience.

Team Building 202
This program is designed to formally document your team's strengths and areas for improvement individually and collectively. The program is formatted exactly like the Team Building 101 program. Team Building 202 culminates with a written analysis of each team member's strengths and challenge areas. Delivered to the designated senior manager, each write up will inventory your collective team's abilities.

Leadership Development
A full day of fun-filled missions facilitated by professional team building coaches and certified executive coaches. We provide your group with individual leadership development debriefings, team debriefings,and custom designed missions to focus on challenging the leadership structure and individual leadership skills. Our Leadership Development program provides valuable feedback that enables a potential leader to consider alternative techniques and test those new techniques during the program. After each mission, team de-briefings will focus on enhancing teaming skills and group dynamics, and each leader will participate in a one-on-one leadership debriefing with their executive coach. This iterative approach assists the leader in determining an effective strategy to succeed within their team. At the end of the day, our executive coaches will provide a written analysis of each of the leaders that they worked with during the program. Each write up will enable management to inventory specific aspects of each leader's abilities.
